J.F Gregory Easter Extravaganza

I saw a flyer for an Easter egg hunt at the park near our house in which the Boy Scouts were going to hide 25,000 Easter eggs
...who could say no to that!!

The eggs were EVERYWHERE!
They broke the kids up into age groups
they had a roped off area of eggs for that
age group.

Once we found our area we waited until they gave the
GO!..

Adam did a GREAT job of helping James get around
the crazy amount of kids and parents.

James was sometimes distracted by the eggs in his basket
..and not by the thousands in front of him!
I read a quote once about Autism, it said:

"Autism is like seeing every tiny detail in a leaf
..but not seeing the tree"

Right after the egg hunt we went of and got some hot dogs and soda..nothing like free lunch on a hot day!

we also were able to sneak in and get a picture with the
Easter Bunny before the line was too long!

He was so happy!!

And what would it be if we didn't let him jump in the bouncy house,
he began singing "ring around the roses" and he had
all the kids in there singing it and falling down!! LOL

It was a great day!

I love this park, I love Richmond Hill for that matter.
Its such a small town, a very everyone knows everyone
kind of town. In fact we ran into a couple we were friends with
when we were stationed in Texas, they went to the same
church we did..small world!
